This is one place you don't want to miss enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Huge selection of food. Outstanding service. Great location right on the Esplanade with a view of the water. Enjoyed my mushroom dish with Asian vegetables. Good coffee. Be early as this place is popular and seating with good views are filled quickly. Great way to start the day.

If you want to eat by the beach with a good vibe and various options, here is the place to go. But if you’re looking for top notch food, you might need to reconsider.nnWe tried their lunch and breakfast, juices and coffees. The food is decent, freshly made and they give you big portions but taste doesn’t meet my standards.nnThe tacos, again very big portions but just fried meat with some slaw on tortilla wrap with sauce. Nothing special. The battered fish for fish tacos are not seasoned and since they are quite big for the wrap, it ends up tasting bland.nnJuices are great. Coffee was good too. Calamari salad and sweet potato chips were good.nnBut the breakfast dishes were not good. The Silly Salmon and Get Funghi were bland, bread and chips are soggy, and the combination of their seasoning of chilli jam with mushrooms and bok choi just don’t work.nnI’d recommend their salads and non breakfast dishes and drinks.

Came for a fruit smoothie to cool down after a walk. It did take a little while to come, but the drink was thick and flavourful. You could taste all the fruit it was packed with—definitely worth it! It’s a bonus the view is lovely.

UPDATED JUNE 2025nTerrible customer service when ordering today - must of been staff change of shift around 2ish. We were completely ignored and disregarded at the counter wanting to order while ALL the staff behind the counter hugged, chatted, greeted each  other. The food was average and pretty much what you would expect from similar places. 4 stars downgraded to 2 starsnnPREVIOUS REVIEWnFriendly efficient busy cafe/restaurant with epic ocean views and sea breeze. Muddy’s Classic & Soul Pleeza burgers were great. Shabby attached council toilets need fixing. Our male waiter with beard was excellent but the tall male dark skinned barista rude and obnoxious.
