Beautiful dish, also delicious.nI ordered a Steak Sammie, just like a variation of sandwich but only with one bread, it goes with kumara crisp and pickled beetroot which are nice. This is an amazing combination, I really like it.
My partner and I stopped here for breakfast one morning before heading off to work, the food was so good we decided to come back the next day also before we left Whanganui. The staff were super friendly and helpful, service was quite quick too despite being busy. We had their take on a bubble & squeak and the bacon butty the beetroot relish is delish .
I would come back for a coffee just because of their staff members! Especially the guy with a moustache, he’s so energetic and like a lil ray of sunshine. Constantly dancing and saturating good energy. He was the highlight of my day for the couple of days I stayed in Whanganui!nThe coffee is really tasty too!
I had about 1.5 hours to burn before hopping onto my Intercity bus. Was lovely to just park up here sit outside, have a nice coffee and a lovely meal. I had something with hashbrows I think. I liked it. Yummy. Nice atmosphere. Happy patrons
What stood out to me at Mud Ducks was the incredible service. The two guys we had serving us were fantastic - so outgoing and friendly. I haven't had service this good in a long time. Well done for employing these fantastic servers! The eggs bene and french toast were awesome too.
