Nice little courts in a nice area however the owner was super stingy and rude.nnWe booked a court at 8am, when we arrived the court was super dark and the owner just took his time swiping the floor until around 8.15am before he attended us.nnAt around 9.10am he came to our court rudely kicked us as if we didn't start late and there's no one waiting either with one spare court.nnIf he was being nice and told us nicely we would have come back even though its still unfair but because of this experience, we will never coming back.
$30 per court for one hour, $5 feather shuttle purchase, pretty cheap racquet hire though their purchase racquets are expensive. Definitely worth paying in cash though as there's a surcharge.nReally nice courts, they sweep them pretty frequently. Not too mean about the time so can take it easy if the next group is late :PnLots of shuttles lying around too.
Terrible experience.nnLack of management and communication skills. They messed up our bookings one too many times and showed no respect to people's time.nnMode of bookings and communication is all via phone and text. They don't send acknowledgement/confirmation of bookings whatsoever but only text reminders 24 hours prior to the session to enforce cancellation policy. We were sent back home twice even after booking sessions we'll in advance.nnThey didn't entertain regular booking request either to avoid weekly booking mishaps. Their partiality was evident when allowing a particular group to have regular bookings but not us who were also regulars due to the close proximity of the court
Friend took me there, very friendly palyers and owner! The place cleand and neat! I have trouble to find it, please check the map before, it is in the industrial area, off Forester road:, They badminton gears!
Completely unprofessional, we had called and booked in and court and checked the cancellation time just in case. They lady I spoke to said 24hrs cancellation and their booking confirmation also said 24 hours cancellation.nnWhen I called for cancelling way more than a day earlier, the guycompletely rude who spoke to me said that 'This is not a hotel, you should call 2 days earlier for Sunday', when I have called and received message confirmation that the cancellation is 24hours.nnI'm also attaching the message I had received as well.
