Item was returned and not delivered because they didn't know the fee I needed to pay. Why don't they ask their coworkers if they don't know. Or do we get punished if they don't know the fees?

I had 3 items to do in the counter but The indIan lady told another customer to come b4 I was done. This costed me a loss of $40. Despite that I told her that am not done yet, She looked at me, smiled and didn't care & was a bit ........ I think. I had Very very awful experience in this store. Also my items weren't safely delivered and I had to pay $20 for a trademe customer. : (

I can not say anything about the Post Shop, but I can really recommend the kiwibank. Opened my bank account there. Fast, friendly and helpful staff!
