As a practising Anglian since birth I had drifted off in my early twenties... After our daughter had attended Mainly Music preschool programme at Mt Roskill Baptist for a number of months with such friendly people running it - one day I decided to go to Mt Roskill Baptists church service on a Sunday. They were very warm, welcoming and I felt like "I had come home after being away overseas"... even though I had never attended a Baptist church service ever before! I never looked back for 5+ years - wonderful fellowship, great (fantastic) children's programme and excellent solid teachings from the pulpit! Only after moving to the otherside of town and driving across town did I finally find another church to attend... If you live in Mt Roskill, Mt Albert, New Lynn area then I cannot recommend Mt Roskill Baptist high enough! Regards and may God bless you, Simon Cope
