Absolutely Delicious These cookies really are the best. They are forever consistent, and always hit the spot! Although they're a big franchise it's really great that they don't fail to deliver. I got the 5 x white chocolate macadamia, 5 x Choc lovers, 5 x Choc chip cookies for only $10 too

Stood there in front of man for over three minutes without acknowledgment and no service. He rudely watched tv/device. I Went away and came back again. Same story, eventually served by a young girl. Whether he is the owner or worker he doesn’t deserve the trade based on his customer service. The two stars are for the product only which is good.

I had a custom triple choc cookie cake made for a corporate function, they had it ready the next day on time and the quality of the writing and decorating was absolutely superb. It was the first cake everyone completely devoured too, extremely tasty and my compliments to the baker!

Very poor service - I ordered a caramel milkshake, the cashier accidentally put chocolate sauce in the blender mistakes happen it is ok. She took it to her supervisor and told her of the mistake that she made. his solution was to just add caramel sauce to the blender. The whole time I am standing there watching and not consulted at all. The they served me this sickly sweet chocolate and caramel milkshake, no apology or anything, they did not even acknowledge they made a mistake. My frustration is not with the cashier as she did what was expected and was just following orders. If they had of come to me. i would have just said it is fine I will have chocolate instead Really poor form to not acknowledge they made a mistake. Ideally I would have got a new caramel shake, but mistakes happen and I would have compromised with a chocolate shake.

Two types of mold on the bread. Got a refund but now I'm hungry.

I was there earlier today and bought some cookies. While the cookies were very good and would warrant a better review, the lady who served me does not. I asked for 5 cookies and was only given 4. One of them had part broken off so I told the lady several times that I thought it was only 4 and could she check. Instead of checking, she was rude each time, informing me it was 5, her tone getting aggressive. I decided maybe I was wrong. I wasn't. I was very disappointed and the service left a lot to be desired. While the one cookie is not that important, the employee's awful attitude is why I am writing this review.

Staff are very friendly and are the real reason for my positive review. Cookies whilst not offensive are super sweet. Savoury wrap/roll was average. Coffee was pretty decent. Overall would defo return for a coffee and maybe a cookie and of course the pleasant staff!

Visited this Mrs Fields The Myer Centre, Brisbane this morning. One of the most disgusting and annoying experience I have received. Ordered 2 Frappes and a Lamb Roll. Firstly, the staffs were literally chatting and having fun while we were waiting for the drinks and food for 20 minutes. -> Brownie Frappe - The 2 brownies that I choose from the fridge for Frappe were taken out and was sitting outside for 25 minutes while the staffs were chatting No customers were waiting, was just Us. The frappe tasted DISGUSTING which tasted like WASTE WATER and it got me stomach sick. The brownies had NO FLAVOUR and had some SAND in my drink. -> Mocha Frappe - This Frappe has literally 2 coffee shots and Blended ICE - which took 20 minutes for us to be served when there were NO customers and tasted exactly the same as the other one - WASTE WATER. The kitchen & coffee machine place was disgusting. -> Lamb roll - The Lamb rolls were Super OLD and definitely was not cooked today or yesterday. It tasted so OLD and the pasttry was Soggy with No Flavour. I regret spending $20 on these drinks and lamb roll. I even heard few customers complaining about the coffee after we got our order. Would definitely not recommend this cafe to anyone. We Couldn’t even take any pictures as we had to Chuck them out!!!!

Was served by three young ladies whom were quite impolite. All three were unapproachable. One appears to be in training so was quite clueless. They had a breakfast toast special but did not quote the deal was only for the plain cheese and tomato. Was overcharged. We also paid extra to upgrade our coffees, however they still gave us the small. The young barrister was not apologetic when asked, simply gave us the refund for the difference and walked off?? I think all three need training in customer service..there is simply no need to be rude to your customers simply because it was your mistake too.
