Initial contact was excellent and installed was both on time and waited on me to arrive. Explained there would be an additional cost for window surround trim. Only after removing my windscreen did he find the replacement was cracked during transport. No choice but to install the cracked screen temporarily, with the promise of a second replacement early the next week. Have not yet had this remedied, quite disappointing

They broke my dash when they installed the window . Claimed it wasent thier fault. I asked them to come back and fix it as it was missing 2 bolts and he rang beforehand to say again that they did not go in the car and did not touch it . My partner clearly saw him in the front seat when they were installing the windscreen. I couldnt be bothered fighting with him so left it . A weird guy to deal with. Rang up wondering where we were on the monday after i called them on friday to book , said he would get back to me. He hadn't even confirmed a time and just called me up and started yelling at me .

Despite some mixed reviews I decided to go with Mr. Windscreen.They were competitive in price, arrived on time and gone in 40 mins. No rubbish left behind and the new windscreen is as good as gold!!

I just had a lovely guy who replaced my windscreen and he was so quick and efficient. Thanks to you guys if I ever need a windscreen I’ll be in touch again.

Shocking phone manner. If i could give these guys a zero for customer service and quotes I would. I spoke to some idiot on a mobile number regarding my window. We agreed to a price of $300 and confirmed that in writing via message AND over the phone. I was told I would get a call from the idiot the next morning but he didnt call so i did. Called him and he said he never quoted me that and that I should listen better and his manner was pathetic. Unfortunately I had no choice and had to get the window done for $345 from the idiot. The glass was put in pretty Good I'm not going to lie. But never will i speak to these people again. Learn how to run a business! Idiots
