Andrew and his team repaired my Sunbeam coffee machine and they were excellent. He also gave me really good cleaning tips to improve the ongoing operation of the machine. He even helped me a year after my service when I had a question for him about my steaming wand. Many thanks to Andrew, his wife and team. It is great to see high quality service still exists!
I've only had to get my coffee machine serviced twice in 5 years, and each time I've gone to Mr. Sparky's, who have done well enough to move into their now larger location. Each service I've learnt something new about my machine, how to take care of it and tricks to make it perform better, so I'm confident to say that you're not just paying for a 'fix': the team here put the effort in to help you get the most from it. Milk is frothing better than ever, the machine is quieter, and the repair price was reasonable. Their magnetised business card now lives on the side of my machine. Cheers!
Cannot recommend Mr Sparky enough. Fantastic customer service from the get go. I've dropped off 3x coffee machines so far and each time they've come back like new!
We thank the staff... and Andrew was first class with his customer service very helpful. Also a surprise follow up phone call couple of days later.
They are TOO BUSY. Asked to leave my mixer in October so they can have a LOOK in February 2023. Good luck P.S. ....O.M.G...... Speaks volumes about the attitude they have towards customers. And for sure I dont need lessons in excellence from anyone. It's my right to make a comment. We are ALL under stress as a small business. Good luck.
Lovely staff and valuable advice. Apparently can repair many older models of Dyson vacuum cleaners and Sunbeam Mixmasters!
