Mr Soapy is hard to find because he is a mobile carwash that operates in the middle of the shopping centre (Coles) carpark, near the old garden nursery - look for a twincab ute with a water tank trailer .
The Noosa area seems to have limited hand carwash opportunities but Richard (Mr Soapy himself!) is just the ticket and does a good job, cheap - $30 for a Ford Territory (outside only).

I don't know what the other reviewers are on about but Richard does our vehicle and does a brilliant job. I thoroughly recommend him.
