My cousin and I went to Mr.Beans Cafe in hope for a nice school holiday lunch, what we got or what we didn’t get however was EXTREMELY disappointing. When we first were seated we were greeted with very rude staff members. We got one wrong meal and our second meal didn’t even come as they continued being rude to us. Eventually we just paid for the one meal, which was wrong. The wait time was approximately an hour. As young women, we felt very scared of the staff. Eventually they blamed the wait on us, because of a lack of communication. We highly do not recommend this place to anyone and hope that these people realise what they have done and cook better quality food. We put one star because their was no option to give them a zero, what they truely deserve.
Very good coffee and carrot cake, excellent service. Staff could be a little happier but they were ok. Atmosphere was a little noisy and the music system could be improved. Overall it was a good experience and I will be back to try something else.
Waited nearly an hour for breakfast even tho the cafe was nearly empty. Meals were rubbish! Everything was over cooked on 3 meals, poached eggs were like rocks. When we approached the waitress she did not seem to care or apologise. Would not recommend!
Great coffee! We all had the egg and bacon roll. Lots of bacon and 2 eggs. Great for a morning feed. Excellent service as well. Deffinatley give them a try.

Below average, the poached eggs were microwaved, the toast was soft, the salmon wasnt great either. Service was average, prices werent worth it either Would not come back here nor recommend it
Staff were friendly ,nice service ...unfortunately the food is atrocious.. had the eggs benedict and it was over cooked and the sauce inedible... the nice staff replaced it with just bacon and egg,s on toast... it too was overcooked. Just left the food there ....

Great food!! excellent prices. Couldn't finish my milkshake it was huge. Food was yummy and fast considering how busy it was. Will eat here again!!
Good coffee. Good Location. Not the perfect coffee though but it is good coffee.
