If I could give no stars I would. The staff refused too resolve my coffee problem they said they were on shift so they could not help me even though there were 3 staff on duty in an almost empty cafe. So I asked to speak to a manager as I was not happy with the service given and the lady 'Kim' said she was the manager, I proceeded to say I would be contacting the owner to inform her of my bad experience. 'Kim' the "manager" who lacks any people skills proceeded too tell me it wouldn't matter if i contacted the owner as it's her stepmother and she talks to her all the time. *Great Manager skills* If you think your going to get a coffee with a smile think again.
I had occasion to visit earlier this week. My Dad had coffee and scones with jam and cream. He thought the scones were the best. I had dark hot chocolate dammed beautiful, and ham & cheese toasty Real ham, Real cheese!!!. We will go again!!
Nothing needs to be said. Its Gloria Jeans. Always great coffee. Staff are awesome and friendly and the owner takes pride in her business. Great food, coffee and great staff. Thank you

It's ok. Quick service. Noting outstanding though. The food is pretty average. Pre-made and a bit tasteless. Especially the big smartie cookies. Eeeww
They make great hot chocolates and iced chocolates, though I'm disappointed that I've been given a takeaway cup instead of a mug a few times now, even after specifying I'd like a mug
