Lots of fun! Great for kids. Blair is a great storyteller and teacher. Had the kids enthralled.

Such a amazing experience!!! The staff were exceptional, really went out of thier way to give us a fantastic time. The pony rides were a hit, the kids loved all the animals. It was a wonderful family holiday, cannot thank all the staff enough for such a great experience. Will be back asap!!!

I will just jot down some points to keep it straight and simple: 
Overbooked and understaffed, 
very rude treatment from Jasmine during the nursery visit, 
waiting for more than an hour for pony rides due to under-staffing, 
Cancelled holiday club due to staff issues
The excursions aren't suited for the big groups we were in. It could be vastly improved by splitting groups, having some barriers and proper queuing. 

The accommodation isn't really clean, really old and neglected. The whole place have a air of neglect. Such a shame. Won't recommend it and won't go back.
