Isolated and beautiful. Off the beaten track for a lot of travellers, but gravel roads were good and scenery, wildlife and solitude were lovely. Good fishing if tides and weather permit.

We stayed at stumpy's 2 for 3 nights($13 per night for 2 people) where we were only seconds from the beach and had it to ourselves most of the time. It was quite windy but the campsite was well sheltered so didn't feel the effects of it in the tent too much. Plenty of wildlife about, with frequent visits from forester kangaroos at tea time! A great place for some peace and quiet.
