I can't speak more highly of Motion Health – for both physio and pilates. The Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists are super knowledgeable, professional and enthusiastic. The pilates studio is spacious and clean with a great range of equipment. The small class sizes allow for individually tailored programs with a lot of one-on-one attention from the instructors. Everyone in the team is so welcoming and friendly, you can tell they've worked hard to build such a positive community and you can feel the energy carried right through the classes.

Wish I could rate Motion Health higher than 5 stars. Every class is tailored to my needs, all the practitioners are amazing, it's a fun friendly environment. I've been a member for over a year now and seen huge improvements in my fitness and overall well being thanks to the Motion Health team.

I've been attending Pilates at Motion Health for nearly two years. During that time I have grown enormously in strength, physical resilience and aerobic fitness. My outlook on life has markedly improved and I have been able to increase my activity into other areas including walking, body pump and yoga. I'm pleased that I can go up stairs two at a time, lift my suitcases easily when I travel, hold my shoulders back and stand up tall, all without back or hip pain. Working with Emma and Joel has been quite life changing. They are both university qualified exercise physiologists, individually focused on my needs, highly capable and persistent. Most importantly, their kindness and encouragement has meant that I continue when I'm flagging, enjoy coming to my classes and feel positive about my health and fitness like never before.

Great service from all staff all the time. Also their pilates classes have greatly assisted me in getting an angry hip area back to normal. Dr Rod Village Vet-Toorak

Absolutely love going to my Pilates classes at Motion Health! Such a great team and positive environment, keeps my exercise routine feeling fresh and fun every week.
