We have recently had our insurance come up for renewal and after being recommended by a friend, decided to meet with Simran. I wasn't enthusiastic about the hassle involved with changing insurance providers but Simran made it unbelievably quick and easy. He was professional and knowledgeable and tailored a package to suit our family's needs. We now pay less for more comprehensive cover.

We had been putting off going through the process of getting insurance because it always seemed like a hassle... but a referral to Simran was the best advice we could have been given! He was incredibly helpful and gave us all the information to help us make a good decision.. the whole thing was organised for us and we are so appreciative of his above and beyond service!

We approached Simran at MIB to see what type of deal we could get as we wanted to refinance our mortgage to do some renovation works to our home and instead of going to our current bank wanted to find out what we could get at other banks.  Simran was so good, he listened to exactly what we wanted to achieve and how much we needed yet took into account what we could afford aswell.  The deal Simran got us through a different bank than our current one was perfect and changing over to the new bank seamless.  We are paying the same amount that we were with our old bank yet have access to additional funds if/when we need for the renovations at a great rate too.  I would recommend Simran to anyone wanting to get a better deal for their mortgage or insurance needs.  Plus Simran sorted out our current insurances too!

We contacted Simran to talk about changing our mortgage and following a detailed discussion on our financial situation and plans we decided that rather than sell our current property we would keep it and rent it for a couple of years while buying another property locally. Simran guided us through this process and linked us up a number of excellent local people to help us further with this process building inspectors, accountants, property managers etc. Without Simran's advice we would have lost out on the opportunity to be mortgage free in a couple of years. Cannot recommend him highly enough.......
