The staff were very lovely. So helpful. AA was very busy today. The line was out the door.  An employee came out to see the long line and helped those in the line to get the right forms before seeing the staff at the counter. Great service A+

Honestly the worst place to sit you drivers liscense, the instructor failed me twice for critical errors that i didnt do he made them up I sat my liscense in Levin the same week and passed with no critical errors or no's. Worst AA ever, worth the drive to Levin to avoid this place.

Wow, great service from the Paraparaumu team! Walk in, walk out! Fast service, professional staff, welcoming staff. We went there to renew our temporary drivers license, spoke to Janine, such a helpful lady! I had my references ready for the renewal and Janine sorted it out in less than 10mins! PS. If you do your part, they do their part, everyone's job is made much nicer! Thanks so much for the speedy service AA Paraparaumu Team, it's 5 stars from me!

Went to renew license. Greeted warmly while I was using the COVID app. Shown to the seating area and told that my wait would be short. It was. The person who dealt with me was friendly, efficient, and explained everything in a timely manner. Service and attitude couldn't have been better.

Very helpful staff, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding

I don't recommend this center for practical driving test, specially if you are Indian, because one of the person his name is Wayne W, he is totally racist, and if you are expert in your car driving then don't think about you will pass your practical driving test with this person. I suggest to senior person of this AA centre. Pls think about this person. Because alot of migrant live in Paraparaumu and we don't want to book our test outside of Paraparaumu. Thanks

I obtained my international driver’s license today and Janine was so efficient and charming to deal with.

I went for practical driving test and the old man that guide me was not friendly, and each time I made a mistake He would do gesture that personally Its offensive. Don't go here when booking online for driving test. Go to VTNZ levin or Palmerston north.

Good service but a Que - told always busy but main counter only one staff - always 4-5 waiting Service and knowledge very good

Staff very courteous and helpful.
