Would it be normal to sit with my wife in the Day Procedure waiting area for almost 4 hours and still hear every hour from the nurses that we will be attended soon? Is that a normal procedure when you have a surgical appointment? Unbelievable ‍
I had a very bad experience at this hospital, after my surgery my ongoing pain was brushed aside, I was neglected & my pain issues were not validated, which lead to a severe infection & a 7 night stay in another hospital.nThe wait time for each appointment after my surgery was ridiculous - a “minimum” of 2 hour wait time whilst sitting in pain was unacceptable.nI do not recommend certain surgeons / specialists or this hospital, I will never step foot in this place again.
Had so many app here never had an issue. Such a well equipped and clean hospital.
All the staff were very nice and friendly during my day surgery.
