Mr Andrew Salapas is a amazing and world class surgeon who made the correct decision and Monash are lucky to have such a World Class Surgeon in there Orthopaedic team, there staff are so friendly and caring.
Would it be normal to sit with my wife in the Day Procedure waiting area for almost 4 hours and still hear every hour from the nurses that we will be attended soon? Is that a normal procedure when you have a surgical appointment? Unbelievable ‍
I had a very bad experience at this hospital, after my surgery my ongoing pain was brushed aside, I was neglected & my pain issues were not validated, which lead to a severe infection & a 7 night stay in another hospital.nThe wait time for each appointment after my surgery was ridiculous - a “minimum” of 2 hour wait time whilst sitting in pain was unacceptable.nI do not recommend certain surgeons / specialists or this hospital, I will never step foot in this place again.
Staff were absolutely amazing, looking after my participant with thorough care understanding and empathy. Sandra the PCA was equally as caring and attentive, service here is invaluable
Parking and access were good. Helpful and friendly staff. The physio dept I visited was excellent.
