I have been seeing the same GP for 40 years and have been attending the East Bentleigh Medical Group for as long as it's been around. They have several women on reception who are friendly, professional and always make visitors welcome, whether on the phone or in person. Sometimes my GP is unavailable and I have to see another dr, they are just as easy to deal with and professional. They have a blood service on the premises if you need tests. As well as an imaging service across the road. It really is a one stop shop for your health needs, with good old fashioned service. I couldn't recommend this medical practice highly enough. Seeing a doctor here is like seeing your family GP where you're treated like an individual and not a number like some suburban clinics.
I have been a long-term patient of EBMG. I am very pleased with the service that I received. I appreciate that my GP knows my details before I walk in the room, I'm not just another number. Each doctor has their own special area of interest, as well as being able to refer you to good specialist doctors when necessary. The reception and nursing staff are also friendly and helpful.
I recently saw Dr Anton Knieriemen and I must say he is truly exceptional. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding. His genuine care and concern for his patients are evident in every interaction. I always feel heard and well taken care of. He is also very up to date, always recommending blood tests as they fall due. I would highly recommend Dr Anton to any patient seeking a special doctor.nMargaret
