Great place to take my Mum! A bright location on the Mooloolaba Spit that offers a selection fresh &/or cooked seafood options. Dine there or takeaway, all essential amenities within walking distance, great for the young, older or in between.
Was quite disappointed with my flake. It didnt look or taste anything like one. It was very small, super oily and tasted like rubber. +1 for having the correct name of a Potato Cake :
We were out with family and decided to grab some fish and chips. We ordered early with barely anyone in front of us and still got forgotten. Would have been okay if the food had been better. It was all over cooked except the calamari but there was no flavour at all. Really disappointed.

fish and chips were very dry not up to their usual standards. All the staff were lovely and attentive. There was 4 of us and all our meals were as bad.
Great seafood. Always fresh. Reasonably priced. Good range. Ample parking during evening sessions. Staff always helpful with choices.
Grabbed the Family Pack Fish and Chips and have to say we were disappointed. Salt was lacking and all quite oily. Incredibly slow service - waited well over 30 minutes and parking here is a nightmare on a busy day. Better quality and value for money places are nearby.
Went and had a top fresh snapper fish and chip meal for lunch . Great value for a large piece of snapper grilled and chips. $12.50 . Walked across the street to the beach afterwoods. Quite busy but found a parking space no trouble alot busier on weekends with the parking .
They need to learn how to manage or how to deal with customers. The one of staff working at the counter yelled at us to stay outside when we were in the line. Even we didn't know the rule, she should have told us gently, not aggressively. I don't recommend this place at all and even one star, they don't deserve.
