Great food and very knowledgeable staff. A little pricey for what they do, especially compared to some other high end restaurants in Brisbane.
Most definitely take your waiter's advice on which cuts are the best and bear in mind that the kitchen knows how to cook the meat properly. So many other restaurants undercook the cuts, not this one - order what you want, rather than second guess the kitchen.
Save room for dessert.

Amazing steak! We were a group of 8 that ordered 2 of the steak share meals and it was so tasty and we were all full after. Excellent wine and oysters too and the customer service was impeccable. Pricey but worth it.

Great service & meals were great.  Pork Belly was a good pick & Hubby really enjoyed his steak. Try the Broccoli with mustard cream. Hubby won't eat veggies if he can avoid it  but he almost cleaned this dish up on his own. We will be going back.

Our favourite steak house of all time. Even better than Vlados! The staff always make you feel special and the detail on the dishes are sublime. 5 star always!

We had dinner at Moo Moos recently and managed to book an 8.30 pm time slot. We decided not to have entrees and save ourselves for the lamb shoulder. In the meantime we ordered a bottle of red, which, given the time it took to arrive at our table, we thought they had to walk to South Australia to pick it up.
Our lamb shoulder eventually arrived at around 9.45pm, by that time we were starting to nod off at the table.
Whilst the lamb was fantastic, the service was very ordinary with our so called allocated waiter hovering around two other tables most of the night and only glancing our way, once in a while. 
We would go back for the food. Hopefully next time our waiter is a bit more interested in looking after all of the customers, not just a select few.
