The food was very nicely prepared and pleasing to the eye, the tastes for my pallette were subtle, where i am used to stronger spicier food. Nice restaurant where on the day i went most people were sitting outside. Reasonable for the price. Moderately sized portions. I enjoy coming here with my laptop and having a quiet peaceful place to work and eat lunch. The vegan food is delicious and there are so many options. I love that the staff are so friendly and they don't have loud music playing. It's a no frills restaurant, with the most affordable menu in Brisbane, in my opinion. Try the heavenly salad. It's the best!
This place is the best restaurant I have tried in Australia, as a vegan person who is struggling to get delicious vegan food, this place can be like a home cook, I always enjoy every meal. The food so yummy, fresh, and made with love . The lady in the reception is very kind , polite, and hospitable. I do highly recommend it .
Everytime I visit the service is so wonderful and everyone is so helpful! The food is unbelievably good, a true vegan gem in Brisbane! I have always enjoy eating here. This was dad's favourite restaurant. Yesterday we held dad's wake here and I want the world to know how wonderful Candy and her staff were. It was important for attendees to be confident the food was vegetarian and egg free. This made for a stress-free, relaxed event. Thank you Candy
My visit to this restaurant was truly remarkable! Having been curious about trying it, I'm glad I finally did. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the service was quick. Now, onto the food – it was outstanding! Among the best I've ever tasted. The flavors were rich, and you could tell that the dishes were prepared with genuine love and care. I've missed this kind of culinary experience, and the delightful taste has convinced me to return and explore the entire menu.
If you're looking for something a little different with vegan and gluten free friendly meals, you got to try this place. I've been here twice and the meals have been very delicious and generous sized. Coffee is also very nice too and the service is very quick!Food: 5/5
Amazing tasting food and service! The meals were big portions and more tasty than any meat or meat alternatives we’ve found. All four of our guests agreed this is one of the most delicious gourmet restaurants in Brisbane which actually is vegan as well. So a double bonus! Thank you guys for such great meals, big area and service, will be back with friends and family to share the experience.
Went here for the first time tonight after reading the reviews. Loved our meals and will be back to try the other dishes. So many options. We had Vegetable Korma, Golden Curry and Ocean basket. It is Saturday night but the food came out so quickly. The staff were young but had great customer service. Thanks guys. Also, I would love to know who the cooks/chefs are. The food was as good as the vegan food we had at the Buddhist temple in Kuala Lumpur.
Delicious and affordable vegie food. Most of it was amazing but some comments to improve. The peking duck 3/5 - I have had better mock duck peking duck before, the duck here was very thin and couldn't taste much, was disappointed with this one. Lasagne 5/5 - that was bomb! Big serving size too. Chicken nuggets 5/5 - yum! Heavenly Salad 4/5 - at first thought it could use a bit more sauce or seasoning but I finished it so it was still pretty good and a very light and healthy dish. I would have loved to see more stir fry options with just vegetables but particularly beans or brocolli, wombok stir fry or something like that. Even though I am a vego I am not super into all the fake meat options, I prefer just good ole vegies : So I think have more healthy stir fry options.
