Dropped my vehicle off dirty and got it back damaged! The difference between dirty and and damaged is a very big one! Fresh white white and a black car is not dirt! Caused me of not knowing that there was damage because was my car was too dirty!! DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL OUTFIT! Very conviently, their CCTV was out of action!

The most unprofessional and inefficient service. I had my car washed here to find my passenger window scratched due to the carelessness and incompetent staff. After speaking to the manager, Carlos, he assured me that the repairs would be at the company's cost. There has been many delays in arranging repairs in which i have had to constantly follow up. To this day i am still chasing up Carlos to arrange repairs. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Incompetence seems to run through this company.

All the 5 stars and good reviews about monza carspa in Melville road north coburg is fake here.
It’s the worst and worst carspa in Melbourne.
I gave my car for full body wash and I’m not satisfied with the bloody wash they gave me.The workers just broke my car boot.they were very rude
And the workers stole my money inside the car.
So please don’t go there anyone
It’s for your good that I’m saying

Please don't go here! This man never pays his workers properly ..absolutely preys on overseas students and rips them off! Particularly guys from India, he will be reported as he can't keep getting away with this. The poor guys he employs work an eight hour shift without a break this is unlawful..Shame on you Shame on you..When he decides in his own time to actually pay it isn't even the minimum wage..

Had a bad experience, coming to this place only as I saw few good reviews on another review site.They were in a big rush to wash my new Xtrail, the results were- dirt scars on the doors and the front of the car eventhough it was washed, bottom of the doors had some scratches,the front mirrors weren't washed, rubber mats inside had water etc. If I had just paid $25,I wouldn't have bothered,but for $40,it was so unprofessional! Never going here again.All who love their cars,stay away from this place.
