Bought diesel this morning and it was advertised at $1.94.9 per litre. When I paid it was $2.04.9 and was told that I bought ULTIMATE diesel. The advertising does not stipulate what class of diesel is at the cheaper price. This is very misleading so therefore I will not be returning and I encourage others not to go.nn….what an absolute lame excuse. Fuel prices and your advertised price do not correlate. Take your head out of the sand and be truthful. Advertise what product you a selling at the correct price this will help others as I will never shop with you again!!!!
On Saturday morning the 25/5 I drove into tthis BP because they had on their diesel advertised for $191.9. So I drive in I punch in $40 on the pre-set and then I pumped my fuel. I see the it gave me less the 20 litre. I look on the bowser and the price at the pump was $201.9. A hole 10c a liter more then what advertised. If I knew that the price of diesel was $201.9 I would have gone to the coles express across the rd. Safe to say that I will never go to this BP ever again.
Very poor customer service. They sold me defective vape and when i went for return the guy said only same person can do return who sold me and his shift after a week. When i ask for manager email ID or store ID, he said they don’t have one Lol.
It’s beautiful clean and modern that has everything you could ever want onside the place. The ice creams are delicious.
“I’ve been a frequent customer at this petrol station, but unfortunately, I’ve consistently encountered some issues. The toilets always seem to be closed, which can be quite inconvenient, especially during long drives. Additionally, the staff here could definitely improve their customer service. I’ve experienced rudeness on more than one occasion. I hope these issues can be addressed for a better customer experience in the future.”
