Just a note this is actually inside Banksyown Sports club and there is free parking available must validate before or leaving venue for free. It is a decent indoor playground and one of the cheapest in the area with a Bankstown membership. It is a bonus that you do not need grippy socks just normal socks.nnThe under 3's area is a bit small. Would highly recommend physically being in the playground with your under 3 year old as some of the older kids like to run over the small kids and the last time we went a couple knowingly gave popcorn to their older than 3 year old while playing in the playground when they were sitting right next to the sign. Also other parents aren't watching their older kids.nnIt has a jumping castle and also recommend being in there or closely watching during peak times as older kids can be too rough.nnThere is an area to shoot, pick up, throw soft foam balls. Good large area for children to run and play in. It is a very large playground and if you are concerned an adult can easily go in with their child. But generally you can let your child run free if they are old enough and/or you know they won't be scared.nnIt has a decent sized arcade area where you can purchase a play card to use on machines. There is an automated vending machine that dispenses and tops up the arcade cards. When we topped up, we were not able to use our coins but could use notes. I'm not sure about the EFTPOS as we did not use. There is a good variety for the arcade.nnDuring the week, it is quieter if you do not want to go when it is packed. It is also nice that you get a free regular beverage for adults on entry. It says no outside food or beverages but bring your own if you want they do not check your bags especially during peak periods.

We had our kid’s birthday party. Great theme.Our friends enjoyed. Great communication.nTimely way they served us and made the whole experience easy. Decent food n coffee options. Kids love the dry snacks menu n super hero themes.nnOnly drawback : couple of those ball machines in play area weren’t working or they switch it off - on after a while… not sure why it shuts down. It should be working if there is decent amount of crowd  we were visiting on a weekend

Great play centre for kids of all ages. The gentleman at the service desk is amazing. Customer service was exceptional, and he was great with kids. Welcoming, friendly, caring and helped out us out a lot. Leaving a great impression of how well this place is run with him here. My son and I will be coming back here for sure. The play area is clean and have a variety of things for kids to play and do. There's an arcade area with all sorts of arcade machines and ticket prize games. Food and drinks was good. My son enjoyed his time here.

Monkey Mania's Turbo Climb is a gem for kids. My son loved every second of it and couldn’t stop smiling. The setup was fantastic, but Hassan made the experience memorable. He was patient, polite, and so helpful. He ensured the kids were safely hooked and handled everything with care and a warm demeanor. My son’s joy was thanks to Hassan. We’re grateful for his kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend this place, and special thanks to Hassan for making our visit extra special.

This is the second time my son caught a viral infection from visiting this place.nThe dust, and unidentifiable stains on the equipment makes this place unhygienic.nnThe arcade room felt disgusting and after paying for the cost a card, we noticed half the machines were off, not working or missing prizes.nThe prize machine wasn’t even working.nThe kids were sad and disappointed.nnPlease do right by your customers and sanitise and clean this place on a daily basis. You’re placing kids health at risk.
