I purchased an investment property and Monkey Conveyancing acted as my solicitor. I found them to be very professional. The checklists and clear communication at all stages of the purchase made it very easy to ensure that I had addressed everything I needed to. There were some surprises from the seller's side but Chris dealt with each of them and kept me well informed which was very much appreciated. I'll definitely be using them again.

We had a fantastic experience through Monkey Conveyancing, working with Chris Hogarth for the purchase of our new house. We had many questions and challenges regarding the property. Chris was very patient, reassuring, prompt, and thorough in his correspondence, explanations and investigations. Nothing was missed and there were no surprises. We recently purchased a house in Australia from where we currently live in Scotland. Monkey Conveyancing were AMAZING to deal with; particularly Louise. It’s very difficult purchasing from overseas and we had so many issues which were sorted out immediately. Excellent attention to detail and their processes make purchasing very streamlined. Incredible fixed-price invoice too. We would highly recommend.
