I called up for some  information on a personal loan for a pension. They said I required 425 a week to get one. I get that so I applied as they said it was looking good. It declined straight away and they said we don't know why it must be because of your paperwork wasn't completed so email us and we will continue. So I did. After waiting a few days I called up and they said no you where declined a few days ago. I said no I called up and you said send paperwork in and I did. Then I asked how much I needed for one and they said 480 per week, yet it said 440 online. So even though I sent what they wanted they didn't even look into my statements I even had alot in savings. But any way I have been told incorrect information multiple times and this had been the biggest waste of time. Not all workers know all the correct information, they need better training also need better customer service. Also didn't get any communication from this company, just lies. Was a big disappointment not it being declined but they way this so called company operates.

Highly recommend these guys an gals for a loan.. I had no credit here. Been in Australia 4months, working full-time an was approved.. Amazing work.. Ty Xmas came early for my family

I was looked after very well, they had the vehicle ready for me to pick up and I'm very pleased with the service I got from them , whilst money3 looked after the other end with finance.  I'm so happy , by the way I'm also a pensioner and the were happy to look after me

Warning, they do CREDIT CHECK and will leave a bad footprint  on your credit file.  If you have another loan, please don’t apply as you won’t be successful.  They’ll send you heaps of links to log in your bank account.  Overall rating.   You’re better off with the banks. Not money1Star.

To one who might read this,  these guys have been there for me in my darkest times,  with great help from God, they have done everything in their power to help me get the help needed to cover for my medical bills as well as everything in between that comes up in life,mainly unexpected bills

Absolutely disappointing experience, having a full time job and a very good clear score didn’t help because I had too many crypto transactions yet but they are happy to approve people on Centrelink.  Had to wait a week for rejection. Had it approved within 10 mins with another company
