Story

momofuku seiōbo is momofuku’s first restaurant outside of new york city. reservations can only be made in advance through our online system.

we also have a 5-seat bar that serves a limited bar menu. bar seating is first come, first serve.

we serve a tasting menu that changes constantly. the menu is inspired by the bounty of australian ingredients and sydney’s diverse food culture.

seiōbo is the japanese goddess of the west and her sign is the peach tree.

The best dining experience I've ever had in Sydney. From the head chef welcoming you, to the delicious food and amazing drink pairing, everything was amazing. Our servers were all so friendly and knowledgeable.
Great food and so nice to experience something different than what you usually find at places for fine dining. Especially liked the oyster and the marron, but everything was very well cooked and some dishes felt very homey in a good way! Will definitely come back.
Went there a few months ago for my birthday dinner. Didn’t know it’s Caribbean cuisine before visiting - always thought it was Japanese given the name Momofuku. Really nice surprise though! Flavorful food and portions were very generous that we were actually pretty stuffed before the last couple of dishes
A really beautiful dining experience. Each dish is thoughtful and beautifully cooked and the service is just great. The wine pairing is a great journey as well and absolutely spot on. Can’t wait to come back.
The staffs are super nice. The ambience is okay. The foods have unique flavour from around the world. Some courses are good and some aren't for my opinion. Good experience, money worth probably no.
