This is some of the WORST service and support you could ever receive from a Australian company, they are a very profitable business, sell some great products, but oh, the service and support are terrible. They obviously do not invest enough in their staff, by way of training or by having enough personnel to perform the basic minimum when it comes to support. You wait and wait for answers, the service level is poor, the customer service level is poor. The spare parts inventory, again poor waiting for weeks and weeks for parts that in all honesty should be in stock. Love some of their products, if only they could manage their business!

Terrible warranty service, don't expect Moffat to have your back if something goes wrong. It's a shame because some of their equipment is great but they will not support you in case of warranty calls. Buy Eswood and Goldstein.

Terrible bought washtech glass washer just over a year ago for around 2.5k new it started leaking just out of warranty so called the techs out apparently it needed a new rinse tank the cost over $1200 ! I paid and had it installed it was running for a further 4 months then the same thing happened started leaking called the techs they said no problem they will fix it I was assuming at no charge as it had only been a few months, but no they charged me another $1200! outrages called them up to explain but was told we can only warrant parts for 3 months.. it was obviously installed wrong in the first place or just poor quality. I use all moffat products and explained this on the phone but to no avail. Apparently they can't wave a magic wand and make $1200 disappear... but they sure know how to make customers disappear I will never by another moffat product ever stick with eswood roband. washtech is poor quality and they are just out to sting you when they inevitably need to fix their shoddy merchandise. so far spent $5000 on a tiny glass washer not even 2 years old outrages
