We moved into our home in April when the weather was cold. One day when the temperature was 41deg, we decided to use our evap cooling for the first time and it was blowing warm air. A technician came and said there was something wrong with it. They then decided to charge us as apparently the connection of the evap cooling to the water was disconnected. We had our solar panels installed months earlier and they decided to waive our warranty because some other people had been through our roof. How silly! For all we know, they must have installed the system erroneously so that when the owners notice they are not working, they will conveniently charge them for that. What a great way to make money!

Terrible product and installation
They installed Bonaire in my new home through builder. All the ducting came of from joints within 1month. Heater broken 2times in three years. The ducting work was same even in my friends house.
Don't install Bonaire, they have no parts for replacement in case you under warranty.
