Just walked in to ask for some advice, had just finished work so looked a bit shabby. Was treated like garbage. No help for a simple request. Patronising and rude. Told me they would have to order my parts in when I decided to come in with a sample.  Went to a competitor on the same street who gave me the parts I needed for free. 

Guess where I'll be going in the future?

Customer Service is way below average!
I had a phone call the day of my appointment, in which I had taken time off work for, to say they had double booked. I asked how they could have double booked, to which the reply was "The other one wasn't put in" I asked why mine was they one being puched out and I got in return "look, I am not goingto justify myself to you. Do you want another appointment or not?" Well no I don't. I want to be spoken to like any one would, not a piece of trash! By reading the other reviews, seems like a trend. You should be ashamed of your service Geelong Blinds!
