Had a Hydronic and a split system installed by Middletons. Great Friendly Staff and installers. Chris in the office was a pleasure to work with and explained everything clearly to me and we knew what we were spending our money on. Other companies in Geelong didn't come close to what they offered.

I had a Breezair EXQ 170 Evaporative Cooler installed last week by Middleton's and can thoroughly recommend them. My first contact was with Dean, he was most helpful and knowledgeable taking time to explain the features and benefits of the various units and advising on what model based on my floor plan. The very neat installation was done by their two installers who obviously take great pride in their workmanship. (I liked the fact that the installers weren't contractors but were actual Middleton employees, believe me it does make a difference) All staff I had contact with including the girls in the office were pleasant, efficient and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks guys you all did a great job on the supply and install of my new Breezair.

We got reverse cycle ducking on air conditioning may as well not turn it on does not cool the house heating takes for ever to heat the house very disappointing an frustrated as we feel we have given our money away for nothing

Had new heating and cooling installed late last year. Installation team were polite, prompt and did a great job. Have had a couple of hiccups (which was due to my gas service) and received prompt response each time from the heating team. Very happy with these guys!

A positive meeting with a sales rep who said the quote would be sent in 1-2 days and 7 days later, when I call to find out if it is coming, I experience possibly the rudest office woman I have ever had to listen to. (2 times previously as well) This is a company which has too much business and I would advise you to look elsewhere!!!
