It tastes really good. they put seasoning on chips and it really makes the chips taste more delicious. the chicken on dynamite level is spicy and I love it! They serves well too
Forget the major food chains, this little gem at Carousel Food Court is a real winner! The Burger is a real flame grill burger and was perfect, chips were delightfully crisp and tasty and didn't take long to be prepared.
Have eaten here multiple times and have been dealt with poor service over and over again but always decided to give another chance as not many other halal options around. However, this will be the last time anyone from my family or friends and my self will be attending this place. The front counter staff do not seem to have an idea on what’s going on and their terms and conditions change every week. I have on multiple occasions purchased their deals and changed the burgers to the burger that I liked and paying extra accordingly. Call to make an order today, and all of a sudden I can’t do that any longer and have to make two separate orders. Basically asking me to pay an extra 15$ for the same thing just because I like a bit of guacamole in my burger. The only thing consistent with this place is their horrible service. Would not recommend.
The girl on the till looks like from India Punjab, needs to learn how to deal with customer . She seems to be new in Australia and needs to know that everyone should be treated equally regardless of your ethnicity. She was extremely rude while taking orders. I think she should stay home if she does not want to deal with people . She was smiling with white people and started being rude to brown people . Have been going to restaurant from last 4 years and the first time I have extremely bad experience.
I recommend not to accept any delivery orders from this store as they ask for bag which we cannot carry inside mall. They don't understand it. So, to safe some time for other orders better not to accept deliveries from Mochachos.
Love their quesadillas, went there 2 weeks ago for the first time, unfortunately they made many mistakes on their orders, i repeated 4x on my order yet the lady still gave me the wrong orders. Went there again last weekend and they made few mistakes again on our orders and others too, i think their ordering system is kind of disorganized. Poor service n attitude too
Most disgusting food I’ve ever eaten, the manager is so rude. I ordered nachos & I got chips with no salsa and cheese only and I told the manager this is not what the photo looks like and he said he doesn’t care he won’t fix it or refund it.
Standing to place orders for 5-10 min, girl at the front not even come to welcoming and ask ready or not to place order just talking to kitchen and someone come after me going to serve. On 22nd December around 3:00 pm.
Order the beef burger with chips. In comparison it's like a Hungry Jacks burger but much better. The beef patty is thick and juicy, soft bread. I did find the sauce to be on the watery side rather than creamy and was left with a soggy burger in the end. The chips were well flavoured, but tasted a bit under cooked. Overall, serving size was great and was incredibly full by the end of it. Priced well would recommend.
They've always been so friendly and the food is made with love. To be honest this chain has the most authentic-tasting enchiladas available in Perth. They don't pack your burrito with rice a western filler and the enchiladas are HUGE! *edit* so I have been going to Cannington Mochachos four years for their perfect bean enchiladas and they’re still the BEST Vegetarian options: vegetarian option for every meal :
