We had a pre-purchase inspection done and were very pleased with the thorough job done. Carl is a true professional in his field. He carried out numerous diagnostic tests on the van and talked us through the test results at the end. He is a really great guy and gave us tips and advice. We will go out of our way to use his services again and I'll be recommending him to my Auckland friends. Would give him more stars if I could. Cheers. Kyle & Kate

Very arrogant. I called if they can help me. He asked what car and where the car is - after i told him all details he just said i cant do it. i asked why just said i dont have time in a very very arrogant and rude tone. I do not recommend.

Excellent Service, i was concerned about using a mobile service as I am ignorant at the least around cars. Carl was on time & very efficient he was also very friendly and polite explaining in detail every question I asked also gave me approximate costs for repairs. The service was not as expensive as I expected either he picked up several alarming faults considering the car had passed Vans compliance and was AA appraised. Having had some trouble with my local mechanic in the past I’m happy to have come across this reliable service, thank you very Carl. Cindy

I couldn't have asked for better service. Carl arrived shortly after my calling him, and on a Sunday too. I had never used the service of a mobile mechanic before and I was pleasantly suprised. He really went the extra mile in getting the job done. I highly recommend Incar automotive to anyone. if you want to make getting your car fixed an easy fast, cost effective and friendly experience call him. Thanks NH340987
