Loved the ambiance of the park. The unit and surrounds were spotless and the staff were very helpful and accommodating in our circumstances. There was plenty for children to do from toddlers to adults. We will be visiting again. The girl on duty had a great personality! We really enjoyed a stroll along the river bank. The Murray River was very high and fast flowing and beautiful.
My stay at moama on the murray was an enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. Views were pretty and there was heaps to do. Everything was great except the pool was freezing, it was not heated and even during the summer it was too cold to get in. Me and my family visit at least 3 times a year but it’s becoming a hassle as the kids can’t swim. They should install solar panels or somehow heat the pool otherwise they have lost a regular guest.
The cabin that I was in was part of a resort, which was very nice. However, there were a few issues with the cabin that I was in which was no 41. It didn’t have a lot of choice regarding where to sleep & the bed itself was very uncomfortable, as it’s more suited to someone younger, not someone my age who’s got back & neck problems. Also, the lighting outside my cabin wasn’t very good either. Definitely not good for people with eyesight problems. Also there was only stairs leading up to the cabin, no ramps. Which isn’t good for people with mobility issues. But other than that, I really enjoyed staying here.
Resort itself is amazing. Customer service is excellent. Cabins are starting to show age, spider webs everywhere, yellow walls with a lot of stains, hard springy beds and inside feels worn out/cheap..Not like the photos on website, very dissapointed..Especially for how much we paid. 3 Bedroom Deluxe on Stilts
We had step sons birthday party there and the day was rather grim but being inside with the Squiggles indoor park for kids and enough room for parents and adults to socialise also made it a great place to spend a few hours with family and friendsRooms: 5/5
Beautiful spot, beautiful cabins, lovely staff and great facilities. Maintenance on the mini golf could have been better, but everything else was fabulous and great value for money. Great for families or couples.Rooms: 5/5
The cabin was nice and clean, lots of room. We were there for a function. The lady organising everything for the function wasn't really helpful. She was nice enough just didn't seem to know what she was doing. We were having to call her for different things that should have been done. A bit frustrating but the function was a success.Rooms: 4/5
Good sized rooms. Clean with all the amenities. Rooms are stocked with basic items like tea, sugar, rubbish bags and toilet paper so if you run out it won't be replaced. TVs have a DVD player so bring some movies along. Plenty of options for the kids to enjoy at the premises with pools, putt putt golf, tennis courts, a tricky bike/scooter track bring your own wheels and go-karts for rent. Putt putt is only available 9-3pm.. same as the carts which should be free. The pools are a bit small and get a bit too busy. Bbqs are scattered around the grounds and always available. The Murray river is also there and great to swim at with a private little beach available. Coffee machine available at reception at $3 a cup - again, not sure why they charge for this. A pleasant place to stay and we'd go back.
The cabin was really nice and the facilities Ninja course, mini golf, indoor play centre, pools, tennis court, etc, etc we great. The only issue was the Wi-Fi was terrible and there is little 4G coverage. We had to sit in one corner of the bedroom to get any connection.Rooms: 4/5
Location is nice. However particular staff were condensending and accusatory. Asked for our villa number when out and about on the resort in a aggressive way - suggesting we were not actual patrons at the resort or so she could seemingly adjust her aggression based on what tier of villas we were in.
