I am extremely disappointed with my experience at MKS Spices’n Things.nnI purchased a food item in March, only to later realize it had already expired in February. This is completely unacceptable. selling expired food is a serious health risk and shows a lack of basic quality control.nnWhat made the situation worse was the staff’s attitude. When I went back to inform them, there was no apology at all. Instead, the manager was rude and dismissive, which is very unprofessional. It took me two visits just to get a refund, which should have been handled immediately.nnHonestly, it’s not about the $19.90. I don’t care about the money. What I do care about is the poor customer service and careless behavior. Customers deserve respect and safe products, and this place failed on both.
Great supplies for Indian cooking together with a freshly cooked counter of traditional north and South Indian food. In house seating is available. Always polite service. And some good deals available.nThe only issue is there isn’t a branch in the lower western suburbs like Truganina. My friends have to travel too far!

When I brought this to the attention of your staff, instead of receiving an apology or assistance, I was told to call the company of coconut and make complaint behalf of you.nnAs a customer, I expect basic food quality standards to be maintained and respectful behavior when raising a genuine concern. Selling spoiled products is a serious issue, and responding rudely only worsens the situation.nnI hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure better quality control and customer service in the future.
