Just got profiled by a young male worker who didn’t seem to ask others about checking bags besides me. And was also rude towards me when I raised the issue. This is ridiculous to say the least and terrible customer service.
Accidentally left my phone in-store and it turned into a stressful hour. Tessa, the store manager, was so calm and supportive. Her kindness made all the difference. Thank you.
I have had issues with this store in the past but lately they have been rather good. Specials on berries have been great, and new staff are well-trained and confident most of them. You can also get some excellent value on markdowns if you are lucky enough to have cash on you at the right time!
