I had an alarming experience with Mithawaila Manurewa, bought 10.samosas around 11:00 am 22.12.2024.today. While eating a samosa, I discovered a piece of glass inside the filling. I called to let them know about the issue and they advised me that they use a factory to make the samosas. This is extremely concerning, as it poses a serious health risk as there may be a batch out there with a whole lot of glass in it. Fortunately, I noticed it before swallowing, but this could have caused significant harm.nnI urge the establishment to thoroughly review their food preparation and quality control processes to ensure this does not happen to anyone else. To fellow customers, please exercise caution if you purchase food here. Food safety must be a priority for every business.
The food was very unhygienic and worst we had order a Rasmalaie there was a hair in the inside in the Rasmlaie bread then told to crew they were ignored
We went with frndz . I genuinely dont like their hospitality. Staff was very rude , they served us cold food when i complained they were even blaming us . And there is no taste in food nothing. Highly rejected.
I can't find anywhere their recent menu, which is weird, and when i went, the price was totally different than what i saw and ordered. Its confusing as they have all the excuses when you even try to suggest them put recent menu online.
The sweets are good but the food is really bad. I ordered Pav Bhaji and the Pav were just burger buns. They were not properly heated and felt like just eating bread. The Bhaji did not have any actual vegetables. It just felt like tomato puree with a lot of food colouring. There was so much food colouring that my finger tips were still red even after washing my hands so many times.nnThe staff is also rude especially when they have a queue and people are waiting. They literally sigh at you if you ask them to make any basic customisation.nnNever going back for food. Sweets are good!
