I have never seen or heard of the idea of putting beef brisket onto an eggs benedicts but that was a stroke of genius by whoever thought of it. It was delicious and has now become my favourite type of eggs benny! I am only in Sale for a short while so I will be sad to part ways with it in a couple weeks time.nnThe star of the show was obviously the brisket. All the components were well prepared and cooked and were top standard. The balance of the dish with the avocado to balance the richness of the brisket was well done. Eggs were poached beautifully and the whole thing was 10/10.nnThe brisket was the main attraction and I am pleased that it did not disappoint. Tender and rich. Filled with flavour and juices. It was magnificent and I am pleased that there was plenty of it in the serve.nnCoffee was nice and strong and delicious. Exactly what I needed and the whole cafe experience was cozy and friendly.nnI will definitely come again.
Had lunch here on a busy Sunday. Can sit inside or out in the street. Place almost full but service still friendly and quick. Wide menu with various gluten free options. Wagyu beef burgers to die for! Chocolate brownies also yummy. Good cappuccino.
Wow! What a wonderful find Raymond Cafe is. Had the most delicious egg and bacon roll and my son had a ham and cheese croissant. Both perfect. Coffee also just perfect. Staff very friendly and service quick.overall a great lunch.
Im not usually one to leave google reviews but for this one i had to. Iv been coming through sale for 30 years for holidays stopping and eating in lots of places around sale and Raymonds topped every exp we have had. Yesterday i came in with a big group + kids without a booking they made us up a table even though they were busy over the long weekend. The food was amazing right through to the kids meals and coffee. It was priced well and food came out quite quickly! This place is an absolute gem in sale for breakfast and lunch cant recommend it anymore! The food was so good me, my partner and baby came back again today and it was just as good! Will now be our new go to for sure!
If it was possible I would eat breakfast here everyday, the chilli scrambled eggs are HEAVEN on a plate. The best egg's I have ever consumed cooked perfectly. The staff are AMAZING, they bend over backwards to accommodate any need and are super friendly and love being able to sit outside. Keep up the great work you SUPER STARS.
