I visited this branch two weeks ago. They opened my compact home safe and provided two keys. Good service and excellent communication provided. I definitely use there services in the future.
Do not use these guys to cut your keys they couldnt cut there way out of a paper bag. had used them to cut some keys for my front door not one of them worked went back to get it fixed not once but twice and they still didnt work so went back to get my money i had almost wasted with no apology The guy looked angry when he gave my money back. They dont even deserve a star.
Excellent service, quick turnaround time and very knowledgeable. Thank you for cutting a key and fixing a screw into a key today. Much appreciated.
Unbelievably bad experience. In September I purchased a garage door opener which slowly became more and more unreliable to the point it has stopped working. I assumed it was the battery which needed replacing so i took it into the store only to be told that it wasn't the battery and that I must have dropped it in water so I'll have to buy a new one.. after assuring the young man behind the counter that I hadn't dropped it in water, I was told to call the manager - which I did. Unfortunately the managers response was incredibly rude and condescending. He told me I was lying and that I would need to purchase another remote and mine would not be covered under the 12 month warranty it came with. I feel let down by a "local community business " which blatantly had no regard for its customers to the point where the manager swore at me which I find disgusting.

Terrible terrible terrible. Do not go there as this place have no integrity. Charged us $220 for a spare car key that does not work and is not taking ownership. Unbelievable
Absolutely wonderful friendly service received by the lovely gentleman at this store. He did an amazing job of engraving a designer watch I was gifting. Such beautiful work that added to the value of the watch. I couldn't praise him enough.
Quick service, friendly and informative
Terrible customer experience and I would not go here again. Product that we were sold broke after only a few months and owner would not take responsibility for this. If I could rate them 0/5 I would.
