Thank you to the guys at Mister Minit. They went above & beyond to help me with some engraving on a gift for my grandmothers 100th birthday. Not only did they squeeze in my job but they added a extra special touch to the engraving that I didn't think I could afford.. I managed to get the gift into the post that day. Be careful. You will most probably experience good work done. You have been warned. I didn't care about the colour of the thread. I told them that nobody would see it. I didn't realise that it might be a falsehood.

Would not recommend this company for key cutting "service" Took two original Toyota keys to them. One spare and one brand new Toyota Genuine key. They claimed that if i want them to cut the Genuine key it would cost $80 !! Their reasoning was that if it didn't work they would have to replace it ?? Umm if you cant cut a genuine key with a genuine spare, this leaves me questioning your locksmith/key cutting services or skills? This is nothing fancy, a simple key cutting from two original keys? I rather had the feeling that it was sour grapes from them that i didn't buy the key from them in the first place i wanted a genuine Toyota one as i had a cheap knock off one that broke again ! $80 to cut a key..... Sorry but there are better ways to deal with customers. Just because i didn't buy the original Genuine Toyota from you doesn't mean i haven't supported your kiosk a lot in the past watch batteries, remote batteries, other keys. It will likely be my last visit to your kiosk however.
After months of searching for someone to help me with my Mongoose Alarm key fob, I finally got all my issues sorted at Mister Minit Stockland Gladstone. Great chatting to you while you adjusted the frequency on both key fobs. I didn't realise you did the technical stuff as well. Thankyou very much for the great service.

The wonderful guys at mister minit fix a small screw that had broken on my car keys. Only took a few seconds an were happy to let me go free of charge! I have used them previously for broken keys and engravings, I highly recommend their services : great customer service!
