Great experience with staff person Sailah..she has knowledge about the product ,customer needs & very warm personality. I recently bought boots made in Spain.. I mentioned I need something that can deal with moisture & cold weather & walkable at same time with style to it ,the product she recommended & shown are amazing ,sold in 15 minutes and she also mentioned I can drop my previous boots for repair..very through & friendly..I highly recommend visiting to this store..
I had a great experience shopping at Mischief, i saw a pair of boots on their website and called in to request for it to send to Wellington brand and the shipping was so fast. Henry at Wellington store was so nice to me and he is wonderful in customer service. They have a nice range of boots selection. Totally recommend this store
Dave and I visited the Wellington shop yesterday....and today. Dave bought cool boots and I got sandles. Cannot recommend enough. Great service, great staff and so much choice at great prices.So friendly and helpful. An amazing shopping experience!

I have been very impressed with the service from staff. When I place an order the shoes have arrived in chch within 2 days. There is a wide selection to choose from particularly sandals. I had to return a pair and that was a simple procedure and how nice it was to receive an email to let me know the shoes had arrived back to them and credit within 2 days. Well done Mischief. I am a very happy customer
Fabulous shop and staff. They have an interesting range of lovely and different shoes in their shop. It was a case of what not to buy rather than there was not anything to buy! I was served by Phoebe and she was fabulous and helpful and patient. Will definitely shop there again. Update: have used the online site for buying boots. Excellent communication and quick delivery. Sizing was perfect.
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Henry at the Lambton Quay store. His customer service was excellent as he tried to sort out my dilemma over shoes for a wedding. I was very impressed with how he really cared about my situation. Thank you Henry.
