I went shopping on 20/04/22 with a friend and was deciding to buy headphone protection. The Staff came to me and brought me a product to at it not even 10 seconds. She spoke to me with rude words and expressions, saying that if you don't buy it, take it back and make a disrespectful face at me. So I decided not to buy it which is make me feel bad because it never happened in my life. I went to get it from David Johns which has better customer service. I will never go to buy anything from that shop again. Really bad serving customer service!!
Terrible experience in the store not greeted at all then when my friend and I asked assistant how she was she could barely acknowledge us. Is it that hard to greet someone and we were only people in store at the time. Don’t work in retail if you don’t have customer service which obviously you don’t have at all! We went to David Jones Mimco fantastic service by assistant will never go back to the Adelaide St store. Shame on you
Just had the best customer service here One of the ladies was so patient while I organised my vouchers and was so supportive in working out the best option! I wish I knew her name because she was a true gem!
Poor customer service, unacceptable behavior - I would not recommend the store to anyone. I shopped at Mimco Brisbane City on 03 March 2020 to exchange a jewellery item bought earlier to buy another item instead. I handed my jewellery item over to the shop assistant, she took it from me and walked away for few minutes. When she was back, she claimed that she never got my item for an exchange. I was really shocked and continued insisting that she took it from me. The shop assistant instead was insisting she never took it from me. Really?!? After few minutes of arguments, she opened cashier drawer and my jewellery item was there on top of the cashier drawer, exactly where she put it before walking away!!! The most annoying part of the experience was that she has never appologised. What a rude behavior!!!
Emily at the Brisbane City store was absolutely fantastic to deal with and everything was not difficult and I very much appreciated her efforts.
