Went there today and got the best customer service which has prompted this review. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past it’s nice to be treated well. Jason at Milu has a beautifully curated range of what can only be described as green environmentally friendly clothing, from unbleached denim jackets, to Ekin sandshoes and a huge range of birkenstocks his store has the range. What makes Milu's stock so special is that it is not only green but comfortable and stylish and well-priced.
Diana Vreeland said “the eye must follow” and that’s what it’s like when you walk into this great little boutique. You just can’t stand still to admire one thing as your eye pulls you away to look at something else. Jason has done a great job of selecting items to treat your eyes and buy, most similar places you walk into it’s a case of saying to yourself “there must be something here”, but not here. Milu is a wonderful men’s boutique with some lovely accessories for the ladies as well. Jason is not just a salesman/manager, but a real gentleman with a great eye on what he is prepared to display and sell. This place is a must if you are visiting the Valley.
After extensive online searching, I found the Birkenstocks my daughter wanted in this fabulous little shop. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The quality of clothing and shoes here is 10/10. Great fashion you wont find anywhere else at a reasonable price. The guy that helped me out had great advice and explained everything in detail when I had questions, he clearly knows whats he's talking about.
So glad I found Milu! Everyone was super friendly. Jason was lovely and had some good fashion advice. I'm a fan.
Purchased a pair of men's Milu Killian Boots 6 months ago - absolute rubbish. The plastic soles never scuff up like a quality leather sole so have slipped down sets of stairs more than once. Now the boot has split on the side where the upper joins the sole. I'd expect more from a 'handmade' boot for the price I paid
Fabulous little shop with some of my favourite brands plus fun & friendly service. I will definitely shop here again.
