I have been with The RACV.for years since 1972 When I had my own car.. And they had moved from Tenth Street. To a new building in Etiwanda Avenue. 2000 And I been there with my car .for service. And have had Very good service. Also been for paying car insurance..also.
have failed roadworthy twice the last fail was for tyres and yeah sure they are worn and I need new ones but the tread is still 2ml and the minimum is 1.6 so they are not u roadworthy tyres and I shouldn't have to get new ones to pass inspectiomService: Tires
Attended to have an error code on my Landy cleared. Went there, was charged $50 for them to read a code - which they couldn’t clear, when they said they could and didn’t actually know what the error code actually was. When I asked - they guy behind the counter shrugged his should and kept eating. Just like the scene straight out of National Lampoons. Don’t waste your time - or money.Service: Transmission
I was stranded in Mildura with a failed water pump .The team where able to fit me in on short notice which i really appreciated . I was charged a considerable amount to fit a water pump that i had supplied which was expected considering i was stranded and they already had a tight schedule but the team went beyond my expectations and managed to repair my vehicle. But to be honest they where very professional and friendly and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend this work shop
They had no idea, were not interested, took my car away leaving me on the side of the Hey. When my car and trailer were finally returned they were left in the street and trailer coupling was damaged. I ended up getting it started and took it to a work shop, it was fixed in two days. Mildura Road are dodgie stay away.
Blayke and the team got my old car up and running again and providing a roadworthy certificate. I was really impressed with his communication throughout, and it shows they care about their customer, as they went to great lengths and found a solution to save me money on my faulty air bag system. I have trust in them now and will be back. Thanks team!
Very bad job This place is a big joke!! I had a transmission problems in my car, I waited 8 weeks for a diagnostic, finally they take the decision to change the transmission, 3000$ later they gave me my car with an other battery, without fixation for the battery they probably steal it 1 weeks after same transmission problem Finally it was just a "fluid problem" so they put the wrong fluid in the transmission. They gave my car back with an other battery, flat they didn't tell me.... So you can imagine what's happen. They steal my new battery fixation bought 2 weeks before. And they forgot tools in the engine. I came back to the mecanical, the director was here, he told me he took back his battery because it's not "charity" So don't go here, they steal parts, there are definitely not professional, and the worst person who I met in Australia was this director.
