Terrible customer/ telephone service.... Rang up today asking for a rough quote on timing chain installation, I chose this mechanic as they say they specialise in timing belts/ chains. Before I could even finish my sentence the receptionist cut me off and said "no where no interested in doing that" and she then hang up the phone in my ear. What an absolute joke.... Would not recommend at all just by her service.... She definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed..
Serviced both of my cars this week. So happy with the service. They helped us with picking up the car and dropping off. Great communication and friendly service. Threw a curve ball with a jiggered electric window and fixed it straight away. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.
We're full-time on the road with a Disco 4 and a 8m van, so getting a service from the same crowd twice is difficult! Very pleased with the quality of service we and the car recieved, impressed with the through job and detailed invoice and the very fair price. If you're in the area, give Paul a call, highly recommend him and his team.
Great service! Since moving to Mildura 5 years ago I have always had my car serviced here after someone recommended them. The staff are courteous, organised, professional and helpful. They always do a great job! This afternoon my wife went into labor and they drove to the hospital to swap the loan car/return our car following a service - how good is that?!
Have had both vehicles serviced and maintain at this location for years. The staff are very friendly and helpful ensuring hassle free drop off and pickuo. The auto technicians are first class with heaps of experience and the willingness to go above and beyond. I will not be going anywhere else in the forseeable future.
I would have rated 5 stars as I have spent thousands there and they did have good service till they nearly killed me. Left the property with faulty brakes and when I told them they had a don't care attitude even admitting they knew the brakes were faulty but didn't tell me. Unfortunate if I, my partner or some innocent driver been killed due to their negligence. They now have blocked me and not interested in talking what so ever. So if they screwed up it doesn't matter if you spent thousands of dollars with them and brought them new clients they will ignore you and block you. Pathetic service

Brilliant! Courteous. Professional. I was driving from Sydney to Adelaide to collect my brother, who was injured in an accident, when my car went into limp home mode. I Googled Jaguar service in Mildura & Oasis came up. I explained the situation and the urgency of the trip and was offered immediate assistance in spite of Oasis being very busy. After many hours of investigating the electronics they got me back on the road at minimal cost. They did advise that the fix was only temporary and to take the car to a dealer in Adelaide. I got to Adelaide without incident but the problem reappeared as soon as I arrived. Two days at the Jaguar dealer however couldn't find the fault. I was left wishing that Oasis had been in Adelaide as well. Also, while sitting in their waiting room I was most impressed by the friendly and supportive way they dealt with all customers. As an added bonus they didn't adopt the familiar line of talking down to female customers. A huge tick from me.
Check their hourly rate its high. Its a good idea to watch how and where the mechanics test drive cars, they bog your car, and damage the paint then wash mud off, as swirling marks left all over new paint from dirty rags. We need expensive fix now from detailer and paint n panel...and Paul says they have a policy of honesty maybe not care? as all repairs will to be out of our own pocket - not theirs. They will do what they can to make life difficult and expensive for you if you have an older vehicle. That's just the beginning...it's just a matter of time and the 'no care' factor will show. Paul is always right even about your own choice, or what you know to be true!
