Very relaxing, quiet place with a great outlook.  The building housing the rooms looks a bit dated but the rooms themselves are well appointed and clean.  There is a small patio off each room with a seating area which is private and is flanked by lawn and trees.  Close and easily accessible to the main attractions in Mildura and surrounds.  We highly recommend this place and can’t fault the service, especially Cheryl in reception and the cost of the rooms are very reasonable.

We had room 15. The blinds need repair and would not close.nWe were moved to room 20. The carpet was damp and the room smelt musty.nI do not recommend staying here. The rooms are in much need of a make over.nVery disappointing.nThe management kindly moved us again and gave us an upgrade to a cleaner better appointed room.

Went to play golf. old fella behind the bar could not explain simple rules… staff need more training or brains probably the brains part more likely he then messed us around with taking the cart and equipment away and would not let us speak to a manager.nnover expensive for what you get. staff need training and to put in effortnnI really liked coming to Mildura but wont be back here due to this experiencennthe accommodation is very outdated and very average… half the house didn’t work

The rooms felt like travelling back in time to the 1970s.nThe smart TV had Netflix and other channels, but nothing connected via the internet. The rooms were clean but dated. The key to the room said that if the office was shut, then leave it in one of the boxes - but there were no boxes. I tried to slide the key under the door, but it didn't quite fit.

Family room #27 paid $247.50AUD per night.nGood location but I do not recommend staying despite whatever price being offered - do not stay heren- no wifin- no hot watern- room has cobwebsn- leaking bathroom tap and unclean bathroomn- internal hallway light wasn’t working properlyn- pillows provided were flat as a pancake & had to buy new ones at KMart nearbyn- tried to ring after hours phone, no service or even a return calln- air conditioning working but old, broken & noisynnGolf course looks to be in good condition.
