Family room #27 paid $247.50AUD per night.nGood location but I do not recommend staying despite whatever price being offered - do not stay heren- no wifin- no hot watern- room has cobwebsn- leaking bathroom tap and unclean bathroomn- internal hallway light wasn’t working properlyn- pillows provided were flat as a pancake & had to buy new ones at KMart nearbyn- tried to ring after hours phone, no service or even a return calln- air conditioning working but old, broken & noisynnGolf course looks to be in good condition.

The reviews below had us prepared, read them before staying and then complaining!nnYes, the rooms are old, but they are clean, we spent $120 or so for a three person room, pretty good quality. You get what you pay for!nWe wouldn’t stay longer than an overnight but it definitely does the job!nnIt’s a solid 3 star accomodation and perfect if you want a hit of golf before leaving the next morning.

The rooms felt like travelling back in time to the 1970s.nThe smart TV had Netflix and other channels, but nothing connected via the internet. The rooms were clean but dated. The key to the room said that if the office was shut, then leave it in one of the boxes - but there were no boxes. I tried to slide the key under the door, but it didn't quite fit.

Bathroom in our room was not cleaned properly. Hair all over floor and the drain in shower was so clogged with hair...it looked liked cousin It had been there. Springs in bed dug in.  Air conditioning when changing through cycles rattled window.  Room was full of mozzie even though we had no door or window open.  Decor run down and outdated. Golf course was great though.

If you read the other reviews you will know what to expect. The place is not fancy but does the job of being a place to stay a night. The area is quite and it's excellent for a morning hit of golf before hitting the road.
