Enjoy a relaxing holiday at one of our 4 two bedroom or 1 one bedroom Villas. All five Villas are re and have fully equipped kitchens and laundries, with a port-a-cot and high chair available upon request. The Villas are situated 1.8km from the CBD of Mildura and convenience stores 400 meters up the road. We are situated in a quite location across from one of Mildura's most beautiful parklands and offer under cover and off road parking. All beds and linen have only been recently purchased, allowing you to experience real holiday therapeutic sleeps. Rooms for the disabled can be rented by request. You and your family can cool off in our sectioned off, underground pool with a BBQ area, as we are a Family Friendly establishment. We encourage group bookings. Sorry, no pets allowed.

These are small apartment units set up in a residential area.  We couldn’t decide if they consolidated 2 or 3 lots to create the complex.nnThere’s a BBQ, pool, play area with games for kids.nnOur unit was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom quite large.  The only downside was no door on the bedroom which I wondered about from the photos.nnYou can hear outside noise but nothing from the apartment immediately next to us.

Great location not far from Cole’s or the shopping Centre. Very close to the river overall great spot.nUpon arrival very easy to park and very close to the villa easy access with PIN code you get via sms on the morning of arrival. We stayed in villa 4 for 10 nights from the 7th October. The villa was very clean and equipped we presumed that it would have an oven as it’s advertised as a full kitchen but no oven just an air fryer. We found the beds and linen to be very comfy. The only thing I would not rate is the two lounges they are very old and hard making it very uncomfortable to sit and watch TV. One last thing a washing basket would be great. Overall we would return to Mildura Holiday Villa’s.

Oh wow - we loved this place!!  Can't believe how great it is for the price.  Clean, well appointed, large rooms, simple arrival process - and plenty of amenities outside BBQ, games, pool.  A lovely park across the road and shops a short drive away.nHighly recommended.

Rooms are clean & tidy. Lovely communal area and good bbq facilities.  However, very poor communication-no replies to emails

Our family have just had a wonderful 2 night stay @ Mildura Holiday Villas. We were very impressed:- so easy to access after hours, both villas one two bedrooms & the other 3 bedrooms were very clean & well equipped, fabulous pool & entertaining area and great location, including the park across the road for walking/riding plus exercise equipment.
