Delicious food and excellent customer service. The cashier was bubbly and the owner also greeted me. The owner is very friendly. I highly recommend the 'Southern Fried Chicken Burger'. I ordered this burger as a wrap and it was perfection . The chips are seasoned very nicely. I rate my whole experience 10/10. I am a very happy customer and I will be coming back

Great coffee. Great food. I had a bacon and egg roll. The bacon was excellent hard to find in Melbourne. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great value. What more could you ask for. I reckon that this place is one of Melbourne's best kept secrets. Worth checking out.

Great place! Plenty of parking. Plenty of tables. Outside and inside eating. Staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. Pricing is reasonable. Food is incredibly tasty. Good sized portions. Alcohol available. Great for families. Caters for parties. Good coffee.
Great coffee, great staff, very pleasant place to sit, eat and chat with Tom, if you work in the area or just visiting make sure you call in.
The coffee is great and I would recommend Milano's for that alone, but it's the atmosphere and service that keep me coming back.
Service was great. Food was very good but limited. I thought packing up lunch at 1.30pm was too soon.
