This was an absolute delicious meal! My wife ordered the 300g sirloin and myself the pizza. The steak was hands down the best we've ever tasted! And the veggies were done beautifully! The pizza was fantastic with beautiful ingredients, it couldn't be bad. Milano staff were friendly, and I can't wait to go here again!
Nice place in the mall. One staff member a little lost. Two meals were great. The pizza was quite thin on substance with very little in the way of topping. More bare base than cheese, prawns, tomato and basil.Food: 4/5
Great lunch vibe especially on a sunny day. Staff were friendly and attentive. The spaghetti carbonara I got was delicious as well as the berry lime mocktail. Only downside is the mains are quite expensive for a casual, order-and-pay-via-app-yourself type of restaurant. Their happy hours between 12pm-1pm and cocktails 4-6pm on weekdays.
Second time visiting, still good food, friendly staffs and very skill barista. Nice place in the middle of queen street. Lovely service and the staffs name Mary and Irene super helpful. Foods are alright but great coffee!!
Best slow cooked lamb shank. The staff went up and beyond to help me get what I chose on the menu. Didn’t regret it. Thanks to the girl at the counter.

I was in Brisbane for work. Had a lovely meal at Milano. Nice atmosphere on a warm evening. Reasonably priced meal and steak was cooked to my liking.Food: 5/5
Friendly staff and fast service. I like how you can order and pay your food on your phone.
I like their interior design And nice food But I think they need more staff or something , that’s because not enough customers service for satisfaction of foods…
