Wonderful service and great choice. Hard to find as the sign on the street says Restrooms and it’s in the basement. Wheelchair and stroller accessible.
This is a really nice cafe. The beautiful people who work here are down to earth and happy. The coffee is better than most other places in the city and the food is fresh. It’s so easy to access this place being right in City Hall. I will make this my favourite stop every time. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Cheers
Exjoyable, reaspnably priced., convenient menu and great atmosphere in the basement with history back to ww2.
Basement Cafe. Has wheelchair lift access. Reasonable priced food and drinks. Busy lunchtime. Contributes to red Cross charity.

Good value, good service, hidden gem
I don’t often review places but this cafe has such quality, healthy, cheap lunches with lovely staff and a calm, quiet atmosphere. And it has air con! Will definitely be coming back for more!
